I currently have a reservation with Hotels.com. My grandson is graduating this weekend in Oxford OH. I did my reservation online with a coupon and saved over 30 percent vs the regular rate. I have had great service with Hotels.com. Never any problems. I would recommend them to everyone! My experiences have been positive.

Hotels.com always seemed appealing to be in theory but I have never once found their prices to be less than contacting the hotel directly. I am also very leery about using a site that I will have to contact rather than the hotel itself if there is any concern that I have about the room/ reservation.
