I purchased a red faux latex catsuit in a large, knowing it would most likely arrive after halloween. I had purchased a separate one from a different site for halloween. I was going to use this one (the better one) for a cosplay in the future. First of all, I never received an email with the order number, confirmation, shipping information, nothing. Their website was down for several days before I emailed them with an inquiry. I received the package before I got any information. Upon receiving the package, I open it up, it is most definitely NOT a large at all. It is labeled as a large, but I can’t even fit it over my knees. I’m about 5’5″, 130 lbs. I’m not a heavy girl. I’m about a size 8 pants and a medium top. To fit in the Large, one would have to be half my size. Size 4? Not a large… Extremely upset, I tried to contact the company for a return, since I was extremely dissatisfied having paid $40 for something that was falsely advertised. After several email communications, they had told me that in order to return the item, I had to pick a different item from their catalogs. I didn’t need another costume, I wanted that specific one and they were unable to offer me a correct size or a size larger. Again I tried communicating that I wanted to return the product, and I had waited a few weeks for a response and having received none, I again tried to contact the company on what I need to do to return it.
