I called the 800-349-4358 and got Sears in INDIA I beleive. I could N-O-T understand this woman who spove VERY POOR ENGLISH and she did NOT understand me and Sears has a COUPON online for 15% OFF shoes and the website would NOT take the VALID coupon and the woman in INDIA could NOT figure it out so I finally GAVE UP and went up to my local SHOE STORE and bought the SAME Timberland work boot and I explained the saga to the guy there and he laughed and said that SEARS REALLY WENT DOWN HILL IN RECENT YEARS and he not only matched the Sears price but rather than give me the 15% discount that Sears advertised but WOULD NOT HONOR, He gave me 20% OFF and saved me EVEN MORE than Sears with NO HEADACHE and he SPOKE ENGLISH. BOYCOTT SEARS…they really are TERRIBLE….I also bought a Sears Compound Miter Saw last year…wanting QUALITY fom the Sears name….NOPE…it was made IN CHINA with a SEARS STICKER and lasted 5 months and broke! GARBAGE SERVICE and GARBAGE PRODUCTS…DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS.
