Types of Scent in a Perfume

Men and women love perfume. It does give a good smell and scent to us that also reflect in every ones personality. These are the types of scent you might want to choose and use:
- Pheromones – although not technically a “scent”, these are an incredibly popular line in perfume and colognes right now. The possibility of getting a competitive advantage in dating, flirting, and nightclubs keeps this stimulating line of scents in high demand.
- Eau de parfum – this is the most popular form of a perfume in the market today because it contains seven and fourteen percent oils. And its only about 30% of the fragrance you first spray on will be lost in a few hours, and the less 70% will remain until the rest 24 hours. This type of perfume will holds it scent for a long period of time.
- Esprit de parfum – this type of scent is least concentrated of all perfumes largely used by women. It is stronger than eau de toilet. And because this was made using the same methods as perfume, the scent of it is not too strong and it is more diluted but it also last a long time.
- Musk – this kind of perfume got its name from a musk deer. The glands of the deer are use for this perfume. This has a very strong and pleasant scent, and it was used in a lot of perfume as well.
- Cologne – this is just only approximately five percent of essential oils. This is much cheaper than the other perfume coz it only last an hour.
- Eau de cologne – in its original recipe it does contain water, alcohol and oils from bergamot, lemon, orange and orange blossom, it also has a lavender oil and rosemary oil in an addition for it. But today, this kind of perfume is already made of synthetic scents and this is one of the perfumes that are widely used by men. It also has a least concentrated scent of all the perfumes.
- Eau de toilet – this is the type of perfume with that is slightly stronger than a eau de cologne, but this is still a very light scented type of a perfume.
